Bend & Bliss: Receive Thai massage while practicing Yin yoga postures focused on the deep tissues of your hips, spine and shoulders.
Partner Yoga & Massage: Be guided through a feel-good yoga and massage sequence, teaching you to creatively use your body to provide relief to common problem areas for someone you care about, while also taking care of yourself.
Hands on Skills for Yoga Teachers: Touch can be a key element of learning and support in a yoga class. Join Kim to refine your hands on skills for teaching yoga. Review anatomical terms for major joint movements and muscle actions, revisit observation skills to inform your assistance, learn an array of touch techniques applicable to asana in group or individualized sessions, and discuss their place in a yoga class, with sensitivity to class style, aims of practice, and individual student preferences.
